Ismail
Nancy Ismail is a skilled NJ Pharmacist with many years of experience in retail pharmacy. She left retail pharmacy to open a full-service clinical and diagnostic laboratory that delivered testing services to physicians, hospitals, patients,and nursing homes. Her work with clinical research organizations (CRO) to coordinate laboratory services, data management, and data transfer for Phase I clinical trial safety studies exposed her to the medical writing field. It is this exposure, and love of writing, that prompted her to establish NIRI Medical Writing.

Ismail
Rahma Ismail is an experienced Quality Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the medical device industry. She is skilled in ISO 13485, 14971, 10993, 22442, 9001, and 21 CFR 820. She is also knowledgeable of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. She has a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering (ME) in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University
